Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Delivery charges
- Orders of ₹449 and above
- Free delivery
- Orders below ₹449
- ₹49 flat
The charge is calculated on your order total before delivery, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Two rings will usually qualify for free delivery.
Where we ship
We deliver anywhere in India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier, typically a further two to seven days. Remote pin codes can take longer.
Tracking your order
Tracking details are emailed when your parcel is collected. If you have not received them within 3–5 business days of ordering, write to us at info@rashimudrika.in with your order number.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it once you have paid the delivery charge again.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at info@rashimudrika.in within seven days of the expected delivery date and we will put it right.
Who delivers your order
Orders are shipped with Delhivery. You will get a tracking number by email once your parcel is collected, and you can follow it on Delhivery’s own tracking page.
