Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it. Written to match what the site actually does.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect:
- Your name and delivery address
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give one
- What you ordered, and the amount paid
That is all. You do not need an account to buy from us, so there is no password and no profile.
What we don’t collect
We never see your card or UPI details. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay; we receive only a confirmation that it succeeded and a payment reference.
If you use the rashi calculator, your birth date and time are used in your browser to work out the sign and are never sent to us or stored anywhere. Close the tab and they are gone.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site, and we do not build a profile of your browsing.
Why we need it
- Name, address, phone
- To deliver your order and let the courier contact you
- To send your order confirmation and tracking details
- Order details
- To fulfil the order, handle exchanges, and keep accounting records
Who else sees it
- Razorpay — processes your payment and receives the amount and contact details needed to do so
- Our courier — receives your name, address and phone number to make the delivery
- Supabase — hosts our database. Order data is stored on servers in Mumbai, India
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device and is never sent to us until you place an order.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently eight years. Beyond that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it

Security
The site runs over HTTPS and order data is held in an access-controlled database. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount we collect deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
